We are Missoula and Mineral County's community health center, a place where everyone in our community can receive high quality health care.

Story

Partnership Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b and deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

We have four clinics located across Missoula and Mineral counties. Each clinic accepts most insurance plans and financial assistance is available based on income.

Main Creamery Building Clinic: Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Services. A clinical pharmacy is also located onsite.

Partnership Health Center ensures that accessible, comprehensive primary health care is provided to the medically underserved population in our region, through a partnership of community resources.
