Why do you keep asking for a proof of insurance after it has been sent 4 times??? Now you increased my payments and interest?  Do I need to start harassing the Attorney General to find out where my proofs of insurance go when faxed there? I just want to pay on my damn car, this is what you call professionalism? Do you have a high turnover rate with meth addicted employees?

I just waited on the phone to make a payment on my loans for 33 minutes and no one came to the phone! That's horrible customer service and it's not the first time! But guess what happens if I'm late with said car payments......Get it together!!!

Told for multiple months the ATM doesn't let you transfer..so when I have to transfer we have to make a farther drive and waste our gas and when you call your on hold for more than 10 minutes but you can go into the branch and everyone hears a phone and doesn't try answering it..it really is annoying and terrible service
