Companion Animal Care Center (CACC) is a full service veterinary hospital, pet lodge/boarding facility, and rehabilitation center. CACC offers orthopedic and soft tissue surgical services, hospitalization with ICU capabilities, dental care, reproductive services, water treadmill exercise (hydrotherapy), and specialized boarding (Timber’s Lodge).

We understand the deep and special bond with our furry four-legged family members and pledge to care for them as much as you do! When your pet needs veterinary care or pet lodging, our friendly compassionate team is ready to assist you with your pet’s needs.

The staff here always make you feel welcomed and so special! They take such great care of the animals brought in!! They truly have always been so great and so amazing — and Dr. Chaffin will get right on his knees and give your puppy lots of love!!! They’re so attentive and SO amazing. I will never go to another veterinarian!💕💜💜

Never had a problem with them. I've been taking my cats here since 2012. My family also goes through them and has never been disappointed. Beautiful building inside and out!

Dr. Chaffin and staff were compassionate, knowledgeable and very accommodating!! Our Corgi Sophie had a fatty tumor removed and a had a dental cleaning plus a tooth extraction recently. She is back to chasing down her frisbee in the snow!  All of her pain and discomfort issues are gone!! Thank you Dr. Ken and everyone at Companion Animal Care Center!!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience here. After two phone calls inquiring about a knee surgery for my dog and no return call, I scheduled with another vet in another town that was very accommodating to my concerns and dog's needs. I brought my dog back for routine services and rude comments were made by the vet about not having the surgery done there. After multiple appointments with their snide and uncaring staff, I will not be returning. Driving an extra 15 minutes to a more caring facility is worth it.

We moved all of our pets here after a bad experience at another vet in town. I find the vets both quite honest and helpful. They give you all of the options so that you can determine the best possible route for your pet and your wallet. My dogs also love to come here for boarding and 'day care'. The boarding facility is the BEST I've ever encountered, honestly, I've paid the same amount of money per day to have my cats locked in a cage. With Companion, they get to play outside, go swimming, and come home exhausted for a really reasonable rate.
