I had doors push closed on me, by two nurses, I knock on nurses window,they ignore you,a nurse woke me up yelling at my 85 years old room mate,with walker,at 8:28pm, to go to bed.

My Dad committed suicied in this place ! He was admitted for Major(severe) Depression! His first nursing care plan was to prevent from harm . He also had a very clear plan and they were aware upon admit! The nurse assessed him on a very poor devised assessment sheet! She rated him minimum and never notified the Doctor!! Despite what she said in court! Just hope they live comfortably with this since the jury had no idea what really happened! So please don't let this happen to your family member! The nurse was B Thomassee. Not sure if she still works there! Be careful
