Average small bookstore inside San Francisco international airport. Not a huge selection but ok for an airport location.

I bought few books, they gave me 2 paper bags and they charge me for three without even ask...really? I spend more than hundred dollars and they charge me for bags??? (And one of the staff did not know who gladwell is and she told me they did not have any of his books that I found later...)

Friendly staff, good selection of classics and bestsellers, clean, well lit and all round pleasant, it's clearly run by people who love books.
