I bought my phone on the Internet, but found this location online and decided on this place because it has an on-site repair technician.  I was a little worried by the two workers on the salesfloor who greeted me initially when I told them my phone needed to be repaired because it no longer did a certain function and both of them almost insisted that my phone cannot do that function, even when new.  Luckily the technician in back recognized my phone's model and quickly agreed to see if he can repair it in-store.  Bottom line, even though he wasn't able to fix it, he sent it out for repair, and they sent me a brand new newer model replacement because they weren't able to fix my phone and they no longer sold my 3 year old phone.  And I got a loaner phone while they sent my phone out for repair.  Thank goodness for my Total Protection Plan!  And thanks to a good repair technician for good service.

They are liars that won’t accept the bill but their website says yes. Huh

This store and it’s staff are a waste of space. The manager informed me I’d have to go to a location I had previously visited before I could inform her all I needed was to know where the charges on my account had come from because I couldn’t login to my Sprint account online even though my username and password were correct. In the process of switching to a different service provider.
