Compass Insurance Agency has great service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get insurance. I have had my car insurance through them for years. Megan is always super helpful whenever I have a question or need anything, last year she helped me get my renters insurance set up through them as well and helped me pick the right policy for me. The entire staff is great, and they defiantly provide their customers with top notch service.

I'm Paul Stokes the Sales Manager of Riverside Mitsubishi in New Bern. Tina Gray is excellent!  She handles my families personal insurance needs.  Also, when I have clients that need to shop the insurance market place, I always refer them to Tina Gray with Compass Insurance Agency in Jacksonville.  Not only does, Tina get them great policy but she beats the competitors pricing 95% of the time. Awesome stuff  :-)

Awesome customer service! I got homes , rentals, mobile homes and cars insured with them. Awesome people . Tina gray has done a awesome job on assisting me. A lot more .responsive and personable then big franchise companies who Nickle and dime you not to mention they don't speak good English half the time. Check them out !

Very professional experience.  Last year, we bought a house in the area and were recommended to Compass by our realtor.  They were great, and our home insurance is very affordable.  We had such a good experience that we went to them when our son got his license and got a great rate on our young driver.  I've now switched all our policies to Compass and couldn't be more pleased.
