When my small pediatric therapy practice in Wilmington NC decided to add health insurance for our employees, it was a little bit daunting. The insurance market place is confusing and always changing.  Adrienne and her team were so knowledgeable, patient and helpful in helping us to understand the market and choose a plan that is right for our employees and our company.  My employees are thrilled with the plan we have offered them.  The customer service we have experienced has been truly exemplary.

"Above and beyond" customer service for over 10 years!  Continually impressed by the support I receive.  Recently called with questions about an issue that would go entirely through another party's insurance, yet still received thorough information and a followup inquiry to ensure all had gone well.  I trust James E Moore to handle all of my insurance needs, both personal and business.

I am so impressed with the customer service James E Moore has.  The owner sent an email out making sure I was prepared for Hurricane Matthew and I got calls and text during/after from my agent Adrienne making sure everything was okay and if I needed anything.  This is one of the reasons I keep my business ties local.  Thank you for being awesome!!!

We worked with Jason Riley of the James E. Moore Insurance team, he is very helpful, easy to communicate with and found us good insurance that fit our needs.  I highly recommend him and this business!
