Outstanding customer service!!! Compass was actually recommended to me by another property management group that only handled multi-unit properties. Compass has been able to take a difficult situation, smoothed out the rough edges and turned it into very good rental property. I just listed my second property with them and the transition from self-management to Compass has been excellent.

We did a lot of looking for a company to handle our rental property and finally selected Compass.

They have been incredible to work with. Jasmine and Renee are wonderful to work with (this is the first time we’ve utilized a property management company).  They are patient, efficient, organized and we get very timely responses to our needs. 

Ken and I would highly recommend Compass.

Compass Management has been phenomenal! I have been a renter for a few years now and have had a hassle free experience. 
I have submitted several maintenance requests over the past months and each has been resolved in a timely manner and where there was a delay, the lines of communication were always open. 
I have dealt with two other property management companies and Compass is, by far, on another level...definitely aware of the importance of quality customer service.

I have been a renter of Compass Management for over 6 years and I have only positive things to say about them! My rental transitioned from another management company a few years back and one of the key staff members at that company followed with the new management company, Compass; at first I was fearful of the changes to come but Alex quickly notified me to inform me that no changes would apply to my existing lease and assured me that the same world class service I had received from the former management company would come from Compass and she kept to that promise. Compass Management tends to any work order in a timely manner and if my expectations are not met, they work hard to make things right for me. From the accounting team to the maintenance department, the entire staff are an highly effective team and work together to ensure the overall satisfaction of their renters. I am blessed to be part of their family.

Just signed with Compass. The process of applying, being approved and receiving keys to my house was very easy and convenient.  Anytime I had questions or wanted clarification on anything, someone from Compass was always able to help and everyone that works there is so nice.  My preferred communication was email and I was shocked at how quick they were to respond.  I look forward to the next year of renting from them.
