I have been living in my community since 2011. I'm very happy that HAWTHORNE took over. Things get done when you request anything. Whether it's work order or a simple question from the leasing office. I love the fact that there are grills for all of us to use and the pool is quite nice in the summer time. It's very convenient for my work, as well as everything is near by. Thank you for making HAWTHORNE a place to call home for my wife, our furry babies and I.

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 4 years! We love Hawthorne at Kennesaw so much. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. I love how everything is so convenient and close distance. I have never lived in a community where works orders get completed so fast other than Hawthorne! The doggy parks in our cute little community are great for our furry friends. Hawthorne at Kennesaw is like one big family!

This isn’t a gated community. The gates will work maybe for a week, and then somehow the arm gets broken, lightning conveniently” strikes it...overall it doesn’t work. Anyone can stroll through and gain access. They should either properly fix the gates permanently or get rid of the gates. The speed bumps will mess up your car or truck alignment in a heart beat. The valet trash in convenient but it’s not regulated to prevent people from leaving trash out all of the time. That’s probably one reason why the roaches are more prevalent. I’ve had to request pest control so many times. My roommate and I are clean people. People let their dogs roam freely and deficate  everywhere. If they are receiving $1200-1600 in rent a month from tenants, they can afford to regulate things more and make sure the community has better upkeep.

I lived here for 3 years and I can honestly say that I had nothing but the best experience as a resident. The ladies in the office has always been so helpful in every possible way. The maintenance crew also has been a delight to deal with. If I can afford another year to reside here I would, unfortunately rent increase is my least favorite thing. Leaving Hawthorne has been hard for me but happy to had the experience of living here.

I lived here for a year and it was so great that I decided to move back in after being gone for 2 months.  I did my research looking at all the highest rated apartments in Kennesaw and it was an easy choice to move back here.

Every interaction I've had with the leasing office staff has been stellar.  Maintenance staff is super responsive and helpful.  The entire property is kept clean and valet trash is a lifesaver.  

I loved my last year here and I am looking forward to my next one.
