We had an emotional sale and Mark was kind, courteous, patient, and very helpful through the complete process. He gave us some good meaningful advice on improvements that we could tackle on our own and recommendations that we might want to consider having the professionals perform. Everything he recommended was spot on. Our home had two great offers within two days and was sold to a young family that we are sure will enjoy the home as much as we did. Mark helped me with the selling of my parents home. His knowledge of the area Flat Rock and real estate in general was a blessing. I was a first time home buyer with no knowledge of where to even start. I had tried a different real estate company and my search for a home was not that agents priority.  I then went to Google and did a search based on reviews...it was there that I found Mark Higgins and he took my urgency to find a home seriously. I was coming up from Virginia to look at homes and he would have a line up of houses for me to see each day while I was in town....and talk about patient! I was picky because I knew I didn't want to move again,  and in the end, I found a home that checked ALL the boxes and I couldn't be happier! Mark is so knowledgeable and I never had to worry about the whole process even though I was back in Virginia while all the paperwork was being done...GREAT service!

WOW!!! As they say... First impressions do make a huge difference! Mark has most definitely had done that when he made a return call to me and had left a very clear and concise message of how he was able to help me. I returned the call the next day and sure enough, the person that left the phone message to me the other day was exactly the same individual with the same pleasant personality and in a very, very professional manner.  A vast difference from a horrid experience from another Realtor I had spoke to briefly a few hours before Mark. I felt as if i was being attacked and pressured into doing business on something I did not want to do and of course led to my being hung up on. Yes, you know who you are!!!  Who would've thought, right? Had I stopped there.. I wouldn't have run into this gem of a Realtor, Mark!! So.. Mark... KUDOS!!! To you and great service to the community!! Tsk.. tsk.. to the other... Mark was extremely helpful. I've worked with several different agents in the past but he really pulled through for me. Everything from finding a lender, to a specific location even right down to the small details such as taxes and water bills. I cannot thank him enough for all he did. I highly reccomend him.
