The mentenans of piedmont apartment  visit my apartment with out my permission and I feel so an sequre I'm thinking to move becous of this ,I also find my dore open most of the time when I come back from work , I'm so so tired reporting this  the police and the manager cous I have report this issue to the police and the manager before and I changed my key but  didn't work out....one day when I woke up I found my dore open and since then I don't really slip comfertebel  😟

I love the location they're very friendly the management Is awesome .
In side the cabinet very small other than that is cool !!!

I love that I was given the opportunity to live here with my child. The apartments are lovely and so are the residents.  My concern is the cleanliness of all buildings, garage, trash areas and elevators. It would nice if the garage area was more secure. Above all I am grateful that I am not homeless anymore and that I am able to attend school and work that is all because you took a chance on me. Thank you

I am currently a resident here. I love it. The neighbors are friendly.  Not too much noise.  The staff in the front office rocks! Both Jocelyn & Gale both bring a peaceful spirit to the atmosphere.  I've been a resident since 9/2011 and they are the best yet. The way they run the office makes me feel all warm inside. They always assist me with whatever I need. I love them. The only issue I have is the rent increase every year now, for 3 years. Before the new owner came along,  I didn't have rent increases,  so this is new to me. I'm on SSDI, and might have to move eventually if these rent increase's keep . happening.
