I have had 2 units there for 5+ years now.  I was happy with the place when I first got them but lately I have found myself irritated with them.  Once I went there at night (I pay for 24 hour access) only to discover that even though my account was paid up as always with direct debit, they had mistakenly locked me out of my unit when they meant to put the lock on the one next to me.  I contacted the 24 hour hotline and was told that the manager would come up in the next 30 minutes to remove the lock that was incorrectly put on my unit.  After an hour had passed with no sign of a manager, I called back and the lady said that she talked to the manager and that they lived 30 minutes away and I quote "didn't feel like driving all the way out there tonight, but would take care of it in the morning", in spite of my having waited for nearly an hour at that point.  Needless to say, that was infuriating.  Also, they put a lock on the bathroom now and I only use the facility after hours, which leaves me unable to access the bathroom if I need It, because there is no one around to give me the key to get in to it.  It was always unlocked until the last few months, likely because it might save them a little bit of work on cleaning it, which I find to be no excuse for taking away my ability to use it, especially since they charge me monthly to be able to access the facility after hours.  If I'm paying extra, I should have access to the restroom if needed during those hours I'm paying to be able to go there.  It is frustrating.  If moving everything from my units to another storage place didn't require so much work, I would have left a while ago.  Plus the monthly rates have gone up like 5 times since I started there.....or maybe more.  They are crazy expensive, I would imagine more so that most of their competition.  Oh and parking sucks.  There are like 5 parking spots, 1 to 2 of which are permanently taken by rental trucks/vans.  It's a big part of why I won't go during the day any more, because whenever I do, half the time I end up having to wait for a long time to park or parking across a busy road with no cross walk anywhere nearby and playing human frogger to get across the road to the facility.  I would recommend shopping around because I am positive that there are much better options available locally and with far better pricing.

Touring at this storage location was extremely satisfying thanks to manager Shelley. She was extremely helpful, kind and made the experience as a whole much more than what I had expected. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Facility as a whole was clean and felt safe. Recommending this to my fellow friends and family members!!! Great place.

Visited the location today for my old antiques that I have been holding onto for the past years. Have heard a lot of good things about Compass Storage, very clean and very safe I will definitely be getting a storage unit for my belongings. The staff was excellent! Shelly helped me, she was very kind and on point with every question that I asked her. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. She sure does know her stuff and knows how to interact very well.

Love this place! Excellent customer service, move-in bonuses, referral bonuses, all different storage sizes to fit your needs, and easy, coded, access for high security. Highly recommend!

I visited this location recently. The store was very clean and well organized. The service rep, Shelly, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even the restroom was clean. Thanks for a pleasant experience! This is definitely my place for all my storage needs!
