Very sneaky business people. My daughter is in college and went to the clinic for an annual exam (covered by her insurance), she was tricked to believe that her lab tests would also be covered by the insurance, she now has a $701 bill from the lab because of course it wasn't included. Malory in billing says it's the patient's responsibility to ensure they know what their insurance will cover. Yes, this is true, but when the patient is 18 years old, she will believe what she is told and she was told it would be covered. In the end the clinic got their money (because the insurance covered it) and my daughter got stuck with a $700 lab bill.

Never had to wait more than 15 minutes, Dr carroza answered questions without making me feel like it was an imposition. The staff was always friendly and helpful. An excellent experience.

I love CWC , I moved from Texas in the middle of my first pregnancy and the staff and Dr made the transition so easy for me. The wait is not long, it's a great friendly,Christian environment. And they let you know what's going on at all times. Very honest and trustworthy dr and staff. Every visit they let you know whats going to happen in that appt and they make you as comfortable as possible.I appreciate them very much. As long as I'm in Arkansas and near by I do plan on sticking with Dr. Corroza and his wonderful staff.
