Complete Automotive Repair Specialists, LLC has been providing quality car care in Cromwell, CT, since 1991. Our shop employs honest ASE-certified technicians and mechanics, and we use the latest technology and equipment for our repairs. I’ve been bringing both of my cars to see John at CARS for almost 20 years and I’ve been 100 percent satisfied with his work on every job.  John is very knowledgeable and explains in detail what is wrong with your vehicle and how he is going to fix it.  I recently had an issue with my car on a Friday night after hours and I sent John a text and he had me bring it in Saturday morning and I had my car back by noontime.  Would highly recommended him for any work to be done.

I took my old, old car to John for repairs prior to an emissions test.  He did extensive work for me, after explaining exactly what needed to be done, with pictures to illustrate the problem.  He did excellent work, his prices were fair, and he even followed up with a phone call a few days later to check if everything was OK!   I will gladly refer friends to you. Many thanks, John!

After a while of searching I have finally found a trustworthy place to bring my vehicle for any and all repairs.  John and his crew took exceptional care of my vehicle despite it being difficult to get parts for and gave me a great price and even a ride to/from the shop to drop off and pick up my vehicle!  What a great perk!  If you're looking for someone you can trust that's going to do a great job for a fair price and not try and oversell, look no further.. and John has an awesome commitment to veterans, what more can you ask for!?

John and his team provide excellent service and workmanship.  He was very thorough in describing what needed to be done and then followed up with pictures of the parts that needed replacement.  Will definitely recommend!

CARS did a very nice job of repairing my exhaust completely.  My car was in and out of the shop in three days. They communicated very well with me as they were working on it. Definitely reccommend for reliable service!
