If I could leave 0 stars I would have. I called and made an appointment as a new patient. Appointment set for 9 am. I arrived at 8:50am, was not asked to fill out any new patient forms which is customary for every doctor office visit I've had for me and my family. I was told I needed to pay $20 copay even though on my insurance card it specifically says my copay is $0. I was told I had yet to meet my deductible for the year so I was paying my portion of my coinsurance, even though I've not been seen yet. So how am I being charged for these predetermined services? Long story short. By 10 am an hour after my appointment and paying for my coinsurance which 50 mins later I was told I needed to pay an additional $20 to be seen. I asked for a refund for my initial charges to my debit card and inexplicably the two receptionists who called me up to the desk on 5 separate occasions couldn't comprehend English. (By the way I am a certified medical assistant and know for certain, pre-charging and the back and forth of confirming basic address and email information is not only unethical but UNPROFESSIONAL. Please use discretion in making an appointment here.

Dr Samuel was our Dr while my wife was pregnant with our daughter. Both of them took care of my wife very well. They are very cordial, professional and always willing to help. They make sure that patients are cared well and go to extra length to make everything smooth.I will recommend them wholeheartedly.

Dr Samuel delivered me and my wife's baby. He was very supportive, caring and accommodating through the whole process. We look forWard to doing it again with Dr Samuel in the near future.

As a Nurse Practitioner student doing my clinical rotation with Dr. Mervyn Samuel and Dr. Milroy Samuel was a great opportunity and experience filled with up to date information. With a total combine years of experience of over half a century, this practice continue to provide care to generations of women in Franklin county and beyond. I have the opportunity of talking to a patient during my clinical rotation, she said and quote " this practice is home to me, my daughters and grand daughters." Their compassionate and caring attitude is a great asset to the practice. it is a great clinic for new patient looking for OB/GYN doctors, and a good environment to work and learn. My area of specialization is family practice, I had a great in-depth opportunity for hands on practical knowledge , and teaching experience from these great doctors. I highly recommend this clinic for all women's Obstetrics care, and Gynecologic health care.
