I am not one to write reviews or to display personal information online but I feel like I need to brag about this location, customer service and all. First of all the office is beautiful, inviting and updated although the music could be a little more "current" than they play. But besides that, I was greeted instantly as I walked up to the counter by a super nice guy named Javier. He smiled and provided personalized service which is hard to find in any doctors office. I know I was being annoying with a million questions but he made me feel like if he could do it all day. He had 2 women next to him named Lori and Vivian who were extremely helpful as well. Everyone was nice and smiling. I would definitely love to work there haha. I was assisted promptly efficiently. I am not sure why anyone in these comments would say what they do but hey, they must be those annoying customers who come and want the world at their feet. But I would recommend this location to anyone and I will have my family switching to this office. If anyone at the location is reading this, not sure if you would remember me but thank you so much for your personalized help and hold onto those great staff members and doctors as far as I could see. AWESOMEEE!!!!

As of right now I'm a little disappointed with CLSC in Coconut Creek. I had an appointment with Dr. Jean Max Alce for my annual physical. A few days later they send me an email with a username and pwd to login to their website to view my test results. My test results were not there. So today I called CLSC in Coconut Creek. They told me they weren't allowed to release my test results, that I have to come in to speak with the doctor for a follow up. Okay.... Then tonight I open a letter from my health insurance company explaining my test results for Sexually Transmitted Diseases. I never authorized anyone to draw my blood for this type of test. From what I understand, it is illegal to do something different with a patients blood that what was signed off on and agreed to. I will be going to CLSC this Friday to find out what went wrong. This is not over...

If I could give zero stars I would! Avoid avoid avoid Dr Maldonado she is the most unprofessional MD if you want to call her that in the entire medical field. I have come to this office a few times and she is screaming in the hallways at patients telling them to F off get out her fing office she’s yelled at them all the way down the hallways. She is a disgrace to the medical field . Whoever the owner of this place is should really consider removing her from their practice. Unprofessional completely out of her mind. If you want to be seen by someone with the attitude I’m above the world see her. She takes a whole 5 mins with her patients and calls that care. But really what do you expect from a teleamoundo actress . Now the staff Maldonado’s nurse which I believes name is Maria is rude but who could blame her she’s stuck working for that women . The girl who draws blood is rude and ghetto and wears no gloves **GROSS**. I will be contacting the BBB

If you can AVOID going to this dr. Office, DO IT. Their customer service is horrible. I booked online and no one ever got back to me confirming a date. The website states “walk-in clinic” the receptionist on the phone says it’s “only for established patients & most likely won’t be seen.” The website also states they offer immunizations, when I went in to get them for school they only offer PPD and will send you some where else. On top of this HORRIBLE dr. Office, they wanted to charge me $50 just for the Dr. to fill out my physical form for school.

Completely lack of respect.... 1hour and 10mins waiting, with a 9am appointment, in pain... horrible customer service. 2 months dealing with this issue and nobody care even to look at you. Communication is horrible here... have to beg for a follow up call and to let me know what to do next. 2 hours! Their mistake, nobody apologized, another patient brought me water, not even eye cobtact... I'm passed disappointed. Who is the manager of this place??? People here don't care... I left crying in pain, was not seeing, their mistake, paid 25 dolares and had another patient bringing me water when i was crying. I'm so disappointed sad and Still in pain....I've been going to them for the last 6 years, and honestly this is the first time I feel this way... I have sciatic pain, they have been treating me for the last 2 months... this was just a follow up and maybe new plans since this one is not working. Pain is continuous and no need for ER. The point is the wait after they admitted they made a mistake on schedule time and the lack of compassion. My son just called them, they still do not care... I'm beyond disappointed...
