Unfortunately, I was never able to see the doctor based upon Sandi his front desk lack of professionalism. I have never encountered an employee who is so angry and rude towards a potential patient. I am shocked that she even has a position at his office. Patient care is what sets apart great doctors from their colleagues. I will never see or recommended this office due to her actions. I have been in customer care + health care business for 10years, and I have never had to deal with an attitude that bad. She is a terrible reflection of patient care. I am not one to write a review but hopefully Dr. Gally will see this and pull her to the side and most importantly remove her from and phone. That is the first impression of his office. So disappointed.
