I highly recommend this local family owned business. The customer service from the owner to the locksmith technician is outstanding. They stand behind their word. I work in Law Enforcement and required extra secure locks on my home and Complete Locksmith delivered. Max did a great job with the install and recommendations for the type of locks that I needed. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and affordable locksmith that takes their time to ensure you’re satisfied then look no further.

My son broke the key off in the ignition of his car. I called 2 other companies in town. Company 1 wouldn't even come out to look at the car and company 2 said I would have to wait a week before someone could even look at the problem. A co-worker referred me to Complete Locksmith. My call was answered immediately, I was quoted a price (which was half the cost of the company I would have had to wait a week for), and I was given a time Complete would arrive to my home. The Locksmith showed up at the exact time he said he would, the ignition lock was fixed within 30 minutes and I was charged the exact amount quoted over the phone which is rare these days. I would recommend Complete Locksmith to anyone who ever needs Locksmith services. Top Notch service at a affordabe price. A+ service from start to finish....

Called to get a technician to come out and help with a couple company trucks. You know a new lock, a couple keys etc. The guy answering the phone sounded like he was driving so I guess he didn't retain any info I gave him. He assured me that what I needed done he could do no problem on site. He said he would come out the next day so I gave him my cell number that way he can give me a heads up before he gets there. It has been a couple days might I add. He gets the address and all contact info but he never calls or show up. I'm a big fan of keeping your word especially to a potential customer. In my line of work customer service is everything. That being said I give one star because if you can't do something as simple as keep your word or update me with your change of plans that shows me a lot about your character. So I don't need to see how well you do the job because clearly your word means nothing. I'm sorry but just call me "old fashioned."

Carlos the owner is very helpful and provided excellent customer. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and gave us some tips on the differences between legit locksmiths and scams. He offered us a great deal and is a successful, intelligent individual. My keys split in half and he safed the day before we were headed to a scam trap! keys fixed now my car is working, thanks carlos!!!:)
