A joke.
They spent an hour making a new key for my car that doesn't even work on the door.
They gave me some lame excuse about the previous key being "worn down so it fits better". When I listened in to them talking about it it sounded more like "we don't know how to cut right on this new machine"
They still charged me over 100 for a key that doesn't work.

Would not recommend unless you want time and money wasted.

I have seldom reviewed any company as highly as I am going to do now. 
These are great folks who helped me promptly, very reasonably, and professionally.
I had a lock out emergency at home and after struggling for hours, calling other companies only to get answering machines, or prices so high I couldn't afford especially during the holidays, I called John Koons Locksmith, expecting another disappointment.  
Not to be!
Everyone there has my gratitude,  but especially Mike, who came to my rescue.

Unfortunately I lock myself out of my condo, so I made a call Koon’s. I’ve got to say the person I spoke with on the phone, and the technician are some of the friendliest staff of any business I have met! would highly recommend them if you ever need a locksmith!!!
