Helpful, knowledgeable. Bailed me out of a messy situation in a few seconds, literally, and didn't charge. Amazingly, they do everything Apple! And they have Windows 7 machines for those who don't want the later OS. Passionate helpers in a good location!

Just paid $15 for used 6' DVI cable I needed today. Same item new on Amazon is $9. Too much money for something used that they likely got for free.
