Awful experience. I believe we were deliberately mislead about costs and were charged for things we were led to believe would be free otherwise we never would have bought extras at extremely inflated prices. They are not a Verizon store but a contractor and not held to the same standards as Verizon. When confronted later after we realized the money we paid down did not go towards the phones but the "free" accessories, they said it was a store promo, not Verizon's and that is how they keep the doors open.

Update again: Just talked to my friend who also was lied to and ripped off by the same sales guy!  DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
**Update**. Really bad experience in the store this time. Feel I was intentionally misled and ripped off.  I returned to the store and received a $150 refund but was treated really badly.  The sales person spent much of the time telling me how bad it was to serve others in a retail job. Never again.

I came into the Anacortes store months ago needing solutions for my family plan and phones, and was pleasantly surprised when Kevin sat with me for over an hour to comb through my plan, find money savers, activate features that hadn't been previously activated, and activated an old flip-phone for my eldest son.  (I did not get this phone from this location even.)  The entire time he knew he wasn't making a sale with me, (I was very up front) and didn't try to push me.  This week I broke my own phone.  After a recent bad experience in the Burlington store (I was out running to Costco and made the mistake of thinking all locations would want to be helpful), I decided to come back and stick to Kevin and our local shop.  He has yet again set me in the right direction, and offered further solutions to help me.  Stalk his Facebook if you'd like (creepy much?) I'm not on this friends list.  I simply really appreciate great customer service.  We will be upgrading phones again soon, and you can bet who I'll be coming back to see the great folks right here in the local Anacortes store.  You guys are great!

I came to this store a few weeks go to start service with Verizon. I'm a Merchant Marnier , I can never just get up and get off my ship to go ashore so when I do I make it worth it. Long story short this guy that works there by the name of Eric WENT OVER and Beyond for me. He stayed on the phone with other reps from Verizon for almost 2hours going back and forth to get my service up and running.  If it wasn't for Eric I wouldn't have a phone right now. So thank you again and I wish you all the best.

The Verizon representatatives were kind,  helpful, and did not talk down to me because I needed some tech help. I always use the Verizon Store, not a kiosk or big box store, for this kind if purchase.
