Sent wrong charger then after we purchased right charger find out it wasn't cleaned and can't log on now got to pay hundreds at apple store for software updates and hope it will be usable  contacting bbb and media outlets to make sure this does not happen to anyone again

Sent me a stolen ipad from planet fitness. Told me they’d resend a new one and then the day it was supposed to arrive they refunded me. Wasted over a month with this business.

I ordered a macbook, they knowingly sent me the wrong model stating that it was "good enough" and shipped it to me and took payment without notifying me of my order change, extremely unprofessional.

Terrible business, they do not care for their employees. Products are subpar, stay far away.
