These are the same guys that sold all those warantees to people across the tri county area then closed all their doors never refunding a nickle.  They say they are a franchise but these are the same two guys with no corporate office to associate with to be a franchise in the first place.  Perry and JR will lie right to your face and tell you otherwise because they don't want to accept responsibility.  As a former employee, trust me when I say they have little integrity and even less computer knowledge.  Take notice if you ever walk in the store, the shelves are stocked with the same 2 year old garbage they sold in their stores down in the Detroit Area.  The list is too long to note all the people they have scammed over the last two years.  Consider yourself warned!
