As first time homebuyers you do not really know what steps you need to take after you are all moved in. We received a flyer in the mail from ADT and realized that is what was missing from our home. The initial phone call was smooth and all questions were answered. The day of installation was a Saturday morning and I'll be honest, we forgot! The technician patiently waited for my husband and I to get ourselves together. We spoke about our concerns, we walk through the house and the technician explained where our equipment would go and why. All was set, signed papers and he began to install. After, he showed us how to use everything including the Pulse app! The Pulse app is my favorite, no need to worry if you forgot to go your alarm on because you can do it from your cell phone! Overall, great experience! We are very pleased.

The ADT technician, Larry, was very efficient, knowledgeable, and methodical as he evaluated, made recommendations and installed our security system. He made it simple and practical to use. I felt so much safer from the moment he turned it on.. Safe and secure.

Our installer made us comfortable with a new situation. He was thorough and explained each step. The alarm system is not intrusive and we are able to manage it without difficulty. All our questions and concerns were answered before the installer left our home.

I choose this sytem because it has different options than other local systems. Besides is expensive the instalation process and activation was quick, very professiional. The only con is that this system should use the already wired capabilities of other system to use it as a back up.

The system was installed on Thurs. with no problems. Friday the pulse part would not work, Dane called your customer service and she was no help. I trie taking the app out of my phone and reinstalling it and that worked for my iPhone. I did the same to Dane's phone and it worked on his also. We are very pleased with the system but our dog is scared crazy whenever the lady talks. The technician that installed the system was super and explained everything to us.
