I purchased a new system. I didn't like the speakers so I paid for a upgrade on speakers. I inquired about a military discount and the sales guys M Smith stated he could take no  money off, however what he could do was give me the antivirus software for free which is a cd. This sales guy gave me a product that could NOT be used since this new system has no cd drive. THIS WAS VERY DISHONEST.  I had planned to use this store for all future computer needs. After this dishonest behavior from employee M Smith I will never make another purchase at this store.

When newegg can not get your part to you soon enough.  I rather come here instead of the Big Box Stores... for what I believe a better customer experience.

Very Friendly Staff! Plenty of services. Fixed my phone screen for a low price and got a coupon for my next visit. some of the lowest rates in the area. they go over multiple options that you can consider before making a decision!!! approachable staff

I only go to Computer Discount to get my computers serviced.  As a business owner it pays to have a reliable company available to get my important devices serviced in a jam.  Ive been going to Computer Discount for the last 10 years.  They always have the best staff.  I just feel more comfortable taking my devices there.  The reason I am posting this today is because I recently got a great deal on a new desktop and they threw in a few things they didnt need to.  Customer appreciation.  Customer Satisfied!

I usually go to the location on Laskey, but I have been to a few.  Same service everywhere.

I went into the store today and the employees were so quick to help me. I felt very welcome and confident they could help me with my computer issue. I left my computer with them for a few days and they restored my hard drive and got all my files back. I was quite impressed and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
