Called and told me to it would be 1-3 days JUST for a diagnosis.  Lol.  Called Abet computers on Alexis and he had it diagnosed, fixed, and back to me in less than 24 hrs.

Dropped my PC off on a Wed.  Called Sat. and they had not looked at it but would call Monday.  I called Tues. and still had not looked at the PC.  Finally stopped by Friday (week and a half later) and they could not diagnose the problem.  Looks to me like they never even looked at my computer and failed to ever call me.  Poor customer service.  Avoid this place if you can.
