I was caught up in a credit card scam.The same company that was protecting my computer from viruses.Creative Digital Solutions!They had full remote access to my device. I had lost all faith in humanity. Thanks to Computer pros I can breath again.When this happens to you,and it will,bring your device to the Pro's ASAP

I highly disagree that computer pro's is under rated...they are over rated. I needed a simple 5 minute repair and was told I needed to leave my computer because they had to do this or that and only had to do one simple thing. I, myself, am no computer dummy and was shocked that they asked me to leave it and then wanted to charge me an outrageous price for a simple click of the mouse.  I do highly recommend PC BY ME....they treat you like family and are courteous and friendly. Larry and his wife got straight to my problem and he corrected it in five minutes AND charged me only half of computer pros price.  They were NOT friendly and over-talked me like I had no idea what I was talking about .....I will NOT give my business to computer pro's ever !!...They do not hold a candle to PC BY ME whom will get my business from now on. I intend to tell all.my friends and family to use PC BY ME. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and a true expert in their fields. I suggest everyone give PC BY ME a try you will save money AND time.

I tremendously recommend the Greenville office of Computer Pros. The office manager Amanda is very professional as well as gives you the hometown courtesy. Michael my tech was phenomenal in his knowledge and abilities I would recommend him to any business owner who needs tech as well as software expertise. He is without a doubt the best technician in East TN Hats off to Computer Pros Greenville office

These people are so under rated. They give you quality and friendly service with a down to earth feel. It's idiotic to waste your hard earned cash with "other" services. I'm looking at you Apple and Best Buy...
