Awesome people! My iPhone stopped working after a routine update. My phone was about 20 days past its warranty. Although it could not be fixed, the ladies spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple and talked Apple into giving me a free replacement. They even stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. They earned a lifetime customer and as many referrals as I can possibly give. Thanks!

My iPad just couldn't seem to be fixed, but the staff didn't give up and were very reasonable with their charges and kind - awesome folks!

Actually I rate it zero stars. Took my son's Nintendo DS in to repair hinge on face plate. they had the system for almost two months and I had to call them repeatedly to see if they repaired it and usually got a runaround. I finally just went in and asked for it back. and now it won't even turn on because they broke the ribbon. Plus the face plate is no longer aligned with the control buttons. the game system is now garbage.No apology or refund.

I like freedom wireless I called and they looked up a phone for me and their going to even order it for me if I would get it anywhere else it would cost a lot of money thanks for your all nice service

Budget wireless is a good honest company with trustworthy employees who will go that extra mile to help their customers!! John and his wife are thorough about the job they do, they make sure you leave satisfied and wanting to come back again. I have a customer with them for many years and don't know what I would do without them. If you want trustworthy reliable service with reasonable pricing please give budget wireless a try, trust me you won't regret it!!
