Any problem I have had has been corrected quickly and accurately. These guys are above what one finds in an Apple Store at the Genius Bar. So very happy they are here so I don't have to mail my Mac to California.  They are grrrrreat!!

These guys are great!  My laptop was fixed extremely quickly for a more than fair rate.  Everyone was super helpful, and looking out for your best interest, not trying to get you to buy a new product. 

I will definitely be back if I ever need any help, or advice.

Terrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store and both employees failed to acknowledge me. I went there to buy a computer and the sales associate couldn't stop texting on his phone for five minutes to make a sale.
