The care you receive is excellent. The problem with this clinic is the billing. I paid a bill online on 4-1-13 and when I went to PCP on 5-6-13 I was made to pay the bill again or I could not see the doctor. I paid it so I could get my prescriptions refills thinking I could straighten it out after. WRONG!!! I took the printed confirmation of the $95.16 payment straight out to the office manager (Charlene), left a note along with them, I did this on 5-6-13 apx. 11am. So far as of today 6-3-13 I still have not got a refund. This clinic owes me $95.16 and the office manager is never in to speak with or if I do speak with her she tells me she has processed it for refund, but I still get no definate date of the refund nor have I received the refund. $95.16 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO ME and I need it back. I have tried to leave a message for Dr. Conaway at the FMS but the messages don't get delivered. Long story short, DO NOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF ONLINE PAYMENT TO THIS CLINIC, they will steal your money and never give it back.
