This lab has always been consistently great on customer service. Reception is welcoming, quick, and friendly. The techs are kind, courteous, friendly, efficient, and relaxing to talk to. My visits have always been pleasant and quick.

Good service - as long as you got nothing to hide, you should be fine. I didn’t schedule and came in as a walk-in. I did have to wait for a half hour but you can’t expect any better considering 11 or 12 to be the busiest hours. They did things professionally and diligently. I had a new employee to help me and she did a wonderful job holding her own.
