Everything is great about this place. I just had my first appointment with Autumn and I can say that I have rarely encountered and more devoted a more conscientious therapist in any field. She's super patient, clear in her explanations and above all she listens to your body and provides surprising suggestions for exercises that will change your whole body image. I will continue to update my review but I expect to be fully satisfied with all the work I will do with them. What they say about themselves on their website is all true. The appointment is a full hour long and you will find that the time flies and absolutely everything relevant to your issue will have been discussed and thoroughly examined.

Jessica is the best PT you can find in Madison, WI. She takes extra time to listen and is compassionate. She's not just treating your symptoms, either. She will get to the root of your issue to help you get back as quickly as possible to your sport or activity. I had to stop working out because of the pain. Shortly after working with her, I was back to my usual activities. A combination of her manual therapy skills, thorough education, and home exercise plan was just what I needed. And, if for some reason she can't help you, she will help guide you to who can. I can speak on behalf of Jessica and Mindful Motion both as a patient and a health care practitioner. I am a physical therapist myself and had a chronic pain issue I wasn't able to treat on my own. I saw 3 other PTs in town through 2 of the chain PT clinics where I did not get 1/2 the help I did with Jessica. You will get 1-on-1 care for 45-60 minutes with a PT here. It wasn't until I came to Mindful Motion that I really got the help I needed. Not to mention, her husband Nate (who is the office manager)-he is on his game and will be able to answer all of your questions. I hands down recommend you see Jessica whether it's for orthopedic (head-to-toe) pain or women's health/pelvic floor issues. She specializes and excels at treating both!

Incomparable expertise--what a gift to Madison! I have had PT (on & off) for over 40 years, and I've never had the complete package that I've found with Mindful Motion. Autumn Bonner brings extensive knowledge of physiotherapy as well as body mechanics to analyzing deficiencies and tendencies, and developing an evolving and challenging therapeutic regimen. She is always empathetic and sincere, but not without a sense of humor, using gentle prodding, patience--and yes, even praise!--as part of the recuperative process. She works with the body at all its various levels, and with patients at the levels with which they come to her. E.g., my husband and I approach PT very differently and we both LOVE Autumn's approach. I am convinced I could not have faced the chronic condition I have without her support. Also, Nathan and Jessica are warm and wonderful, making the whole space feel healthy and healing.  Thank you!

Jessica, Nathan, and the rest of the Mindful Motion staff need to be recognized for their outstanding service. I felt listened to and respected as a client, and my injury was addressed holistically rather than treated with a 'band-aid' approach. Jessica's empathetic, informative, and effective way of working with people was worth every penny and then some, and I was paying out of pocket. Thanks to Mindful Motion, I am back to running and was able to complete my race without pain! 5 stars!

Jessica and Nathan are outstanding! Extremely helpful for making every step of the process (scheduling, insurance, appointments) as easy as possible and then providing some of the best care in Madison!

I had back pain for almost 7 years and tried everything from chiropractors to yoga without finding a solution when a friend recommended PT.  I looked across every location similar to PT in the Madison area and decided to try Mindful Motion based on its reviews. 

I've never seen more accurate reviews in my life!  Jessica has been extremely helpful in finding the right problems with my back and solutions to fix it.  Some of the most kind and impactful care you can find!  If anyone is reading this with pain and debating how to solve your problem, I highly recommend giving Mindful Motion a shot.
