The staff were very nice, but I ended up waiting over 5 hours to see a nurse for 10 minutes and the doctor for 5 minutes. I was told in the begining that it would only be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.. Having eaten breakfast much earlier that morning I began to feel ill after not eating for over 7 hrs. by the time I got in. They should suggest that it could take longer so bring food. The nurse was good. The shots I needed and blood draws were done skillfully. The physical was nothing more than the doctor tapping my knees and listening to my heart. It wasn’t much of an exam. Then later, on my paperwork, I found the flu shot I received was not recorded. I called about it and was told it would take a couple of days to fix because they were behind due to a computer failure from the previous day. I still need to get back with them about that because this is for a job. Just beware, it will take a long time of waiting. Be sure to take food and entertainment. And double check your paperwork before you leave to make sure it is correct.

All staff is professional even when very busy, admin, doctors, nurses, etc. Dr. Crenshaw is an amazing healer not a pill pusher.  Susanne in physical therapy is a genius.  Best medical facility I've experienced.

I've had a chance to experience 2 times now for a pre employment drug test. Be ready to wait! 30+ min regardless if they seem busy or not. On the plus side they do offer coffee but that really doesn't do much if you come ready to test.

Excellent experience. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Faye was great. Dr Crenshaw, her MA, and xray tech were very professional and courteous. Thank you for all that you did! I highly recommend this location!

I always come here for drug tests and such and there is always a long wait time. The people at the counter don't seem to care about anyone and look like they have had a long rough day. I wish they were nicer and engaged more with customers. There should be more of them in the front as well. Having a faster, more efficient system of getting people in and out would be beneficial. As for the drug tests, they are quick and easy. Please focus on better customer service and quicker visits.
