Genuinely a thoughtful and caring person.  I appreciate her sense of curiosity and openness to try new methods.  I love how she is continually educating herself on the human body.  Her positive attitude is contagious and I quickly trusted her and knew I was in good hands!  After working with Lindsay , I have been able to sufficiently rehabilitate my back issues.  I grow stronger everyday practicing the suggested alignment improvements and strengthening movements from true Pilates and Physiotherapy!!  Thanks!!

I am thrilled to recommend Lindsay Branzel because she has given me so much insight into my alignment and movement. After a Total Knee Replacement 4 years ago I began having chronic pain in my hip. I signed up for the Rehabilitation Package and have made vast improvements. Recovery from a TKR is much more than the degree of bend in your knee. With Lindsay's questions and observations she was able to show me how to walk in a more aligned manner and strengthen areas that had become weak and painful. She has taught me to become aware of pain triggers and to adjust by literally walking my way out of them. Lindsay has given me a map to the physiology of my body--making it a much better place to live within. I am eternally and internally grateful!

After three sessions with the gifted Lindsay Branzel, I want to sing her praise from the mountain tops. I feel great! I've gained so much insight into some of my nagging chronic pain issues. I'm excited to integrate these insights into my personal yoga practice and to remember them as I'm moving through the world. Lindsey Branzel is so well in tune with her clients.  I have observed her in clinics and see her weekly.  She figures out where the true problem lies with pain.  For example, I went to her for my elbow pain and she found that it originated with my shoulder girdle along with my posture.  My posture has improved due to her teaching me awareness of my body position.  I am extremely happy with my results in that I have less pain and my success in physical activities has improved.   I believe the physical gain is worth the cost.   Lindsey's knowledge of the body is phenomenal.

My daughter’s physical therapist and her dance instructor referred her to Lindsay to strengthen certain muscles and stabilize her alinement. Lindsay is knowledgeable, able to assess my daughters strengths and weaknesses. She quickly identified my daughters needs, personalizing her workout. Lindsay clearly and precisely explains the movements with kind yet purposeful corrections. We are thankful for expertise and help!
