This was the most abysmal patient care I have ever experienced. I came in and wasn't really greeted. It took 10 minutes for someone to even take my name from the list. I sat for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. During that time, two nurses talked about patients and problems with patients. Just for everyone to hear. They didn't say names, but it was just totally inappropriate. They talked about a gentleman who was in the waiting room- presumably because he didn't speak much English and wouldn't understand. Then, one of the nurses told another patient that it would be 2 hours. And then the nurse who checked me in seemingly remembered that she should tell me that too- and said oh yes you too. I should have been notified of that wait as soon as it was apparent. I am diabetic which was written on the paper right in front of the nurse. There's no way I can spend hours without food or medication heading into lunch time. It was just a really poor experience and I will never come back and recommend that my friends and family who live in the area never go there either. This office needs some better oversight.

This was my first visit to a Concentra Clinic and most likely my last. I went in to get urgent care help for a sore throat and weakness. The nurses were nice and cordial but the visit took entirely too long. Arriving at 8:15 am, 15 minutes after open, I did not see a doctor until 10:45 and was not able to leave until after 11:00. That is almost 3 hours! During this time, I was never told how long the wait was, how long tests would take (I waited over 50 minutes for a "flu test"), or what to expect next. Only saw a doctor after standing in hall for 5 minutes looking for assistance. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous amount of time for a simple urgent care visit early in the day. It appears if you are not there for occupational health, you are at the VERY bottom of the priority list.

The staff were very courteous and professional. The office was clean and comfortable. The location is easy to get to and signage is visible from the street.

The only reason I had to come here is because I got injured at work. Man they need help!! Been here for going on 2 hours have not been just to get released for work!!!! Omg!!!!! Pt guys is cool the nurse is staff are doing the best they can!! 😡😡😡😡

Very quick, easy and ready to roll.. except the fact that i couldn't pee because i already did. Lol
