The primary goal of Integrated Spine & Disc is to educate patients about the cause of disease, as well as the treatment necessary to restore health through proper spinal function. Educated patients provide a strong foundation for a successful relationship between the doctor and the patient. Dr. Jeff and his staff are amazing! They are truly dedicated to their patients' well-being and do it all in such a professional, courteous, and caring way. No wonder he has won "Best Chiropractor" for four years in a row.

I've always been skeptical of chiropractors but, Dr Jeff and Dr Paul have completely changed my view. They are very knowledgeable and worked wonders on my back, neck and have greatly increased my flexibility. I highly recommend this business to everyone, even if you don't have problems that hurt.

A friend recommended that I see Dr. Jeff for neck and low back issues. I had seen other chiropractors in the past. Most were the "come in get adjusted and leave" variety, but this place is different, in a good way. After you are examined, you're provided with a care plan which includes exercises to address your specific condition(s). They don't leave you hanging with just the exercise list, when you come in to the office, there's a workout room for you to do your exercises and the staff trainers monitor you and correct your exercise form to make sure you are getting the most out of your rehab workout. You have to do the exercises at home too, but it's nice when you come in to have the trainers watch you to make sure you are performing the exercises in peak form. And the exercises are really key - the goal is to correct the underlying issues that caused your spine problems. Overall, I'm doing better and feeling better from all the exercises. My neck was curved the wrong way (reverse curve) and now it's straight, which is a huge improvement when you look at the before/after x-rays, and we're still working on it to get the normal curve back. I really like this place, because they want to help you fix your problem, not just provide a temporary solution.

The program established to provide stretches and exercises to help strengthen my back was well thought out. It progressed me through slowly and allowed me to gradually increase in strength. I was impressed by the staff which monitors you as you work through the program and helps you perform everything in the proper way to obtain maximum benefit. The adjustments by Dr. Jeff were great. The pain in my back has gone from barely able to turn my upper body to now having complete freedom of motion. The x-rays from first visit to now really show a positive difference in the overall shape of my spine.
