I will definitely be using this location again! Staff was so nice! It was busy but the wait wasn't bad at all and the staff gave individual updated time frames of wait every few minutes!

Really friendly staff, I guess my only complaint was the wait and because I had the flu, it probably felt longer than I actually waited!!  But I think my wait time was almost 2hours!!  But over all a wonderful experience!!

Was there with a bad virus. Helpful staff and doctor who showed genuine interest in my wellbeing. A great facility. 😊

I have lived here for years and always have situations arise in the weekends (of course!) Between me and my husband we have visited this place several times over the past few years bc going to the ER seemed less responsible and waiting for Monday seemed too long and this was the closest place to us. We have probably had one or two trustworthy experiences there where we felt respected, heard and any kind of empathy. Mostly my complaint is bad bedside manner most occasions and what seems like lack of knowledge... we have been misdiagnosed a few times and been prescribed the wrong antibiotic for situations more than once. The facility is clean, front desk is usually friendly, nurses are sometimes to but the person seeing us has usually been a big disappointment and left us angry, more confused and feeling looked down upon. We've given it a few chances and won't be again. It's not worth it to us. We'd rather make our appointments actually count and at least feel like actual people where we are entrusting our care to.
