I will be honest I am no fan of urgent care facilities.  But my visit today for the flu was the best that I've ever had at any other place.  From check-in to walking out with prescriptions was less than a half hour.  You really can't get any better than that.  And the staff were very pleasant which is a rarity nowadays.

Very short wait-maybe 3-5 minutes after completing my paperwork, I was placed in a room to be seen. The staff showed the utmost respect and care. Was diagnosed and on my way in a short amount of time. Prescriptions were called into the pharmacy within the time given by the staff. I cannot say enough good about this treatment center. I even received a follow up call on Friday night to see how things went. I highly recommend them and would definitely go there again before going to Winchester, despite the fact that they are 25 minutes away.

From the clinic director Nicole Kingery, to Courtney who first greeted me, to the back office staff (Wilma and Brooke), and to Dr. Dankwa, everyone was so kind and compassionate in taking care of me. Very thorough but expedient treatment, which is very important when suffering a bladder infection. I would highly recommend Concentra Hamburg! Thanks everyone!

Calm and comfortable setting in the waiting room. The staff was super friendly and very informative in response to the myriad of questions that I had. I would definitely return for care if I needed it.

When I went there in May with sever pain and cramps, pins and needles in my leg, I waited for about 40 minutes. It was early morning, and only 2 people before me. When I was finally called and asked about my symptoms, they said that I just need some muscle relaxants and could return to work tomorrow. The same day I had a excruciating  pain with spasms lasting every other minute without stopping. My husband took me to the doctor the next morning, I was helped much more. The long story short is after I did MRI, I have 1 inch herniated disc,and even now I am still not fully recovered. My leg has numbness, sometimes like I am stepping on wood, etc. I was suggested to have a surgery but according, to this UTC it was nothing serious. I wish but the reality is different.
