I’ve been inConcentra several times the girls up front are amazing! Mary and Jaye and the rest of the office staff  are friendly and helpful and the techs at quick and on the point with all testing.. Docs are thorough if there is any downside it’s just sometimes the wait is a little long..but if you call first they will let you know how busy it is!

I give this Urgent Care a 10 all the way even though they were packed and I was only there for a drug test that took 45 minutes. They took care of the patients who needed immediate attention and still got to the people who needed to do drug test and physicals. I live in Cincinnati Ohio where are some of the slowest urgent cares facilities they can be and they're very disrespectful here. but going to that Concentra Urgent Care it really showed me how to be patient no matter if it's a life-or-death situation.. I give a thumbs up to Concentra Urgent Care all the way.. "Grace & Peace To You"

Great customer service,wait time was not bad they were very busy,once I made to the area where I was going to be tested they explain the process ask if had any questions very polite and respectful courtesy.

Accurately provided expected wait timeframe. Pleasant in providing direction, when answering questions, assisting everyone, organized. Jeremy was very pleasant during our period of interaction. Better experience than I expected.

Man they were having a busy day when i went in for a preemployment drug screening. I was there for almost 2hrs all together an hour of waiting and another hour of drug screening and hearing test. Very professional and courteous though.
