They were quick and efficient once I was seen, I only wish I was able to make an appointment instead of waking in.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone. I walked in feeling light headed and dizzy from lingering the night before. Explain what happened to the front desk lady. First thing she says is, " so you're here for urgent care?"  What else what I be there for?! I brushed it off and she then asked for my insurance card. I show it to her on my phone since I'm waiting for my hard copy and she right away says, "nope sorry we need the hard copy."  I showed it to her again and said I can just email real quick to you to print out and I have my ID as well. She wouldn't do it and said the same exact thing. My opinion is you're in patient care, If you don't like your job or can't figure out how to do something maybe you shouldn't be working there.

All the ladies there were so nice and accommodating. Made me and my daughter feel cared for. Updates when doctor was going to see me was good. Everyone was patient and understanding and very helpful. Only downfall was the wait to be seen. But all the niceness made up for that:)

The receptionist & nurse were a bit rude.  They were annoyed that I did not have an appt even though there was a sign that said walk ins welcome.  I had to fill out a questionnaire on the computer while the nurse stood behind me trying to rush me.  The Dr was no problem at all.

The whole ppl in matc not giving a real respect. I got kicked out bec I had beenthreat and they making sure the person who destroyed my life being okay. MATC suckes
