On a Friday I will think that it would take a long time to get call. But it moved along pretty fast. The nurses was very nice good atmosphere. If I was told to go again I wouldn't think nothing of it.

It’s virtually Impossible to see my doctor when I need to like when I have a flu. My recent visit to Concentra solved this problem The service was friendly and fast while the doctors were professional. I was given a prescription that cured me. I won’t hestitate to go back again if necessary. It’s great to be able to walk in without an appointment.

Got there at 1015, thought I'd get in quick, there were only four or five people in the waiting room including companions of patients. But, no, it took an hour to be seen. This is my only real complaint here, but I’ve noticed in other comments online people saying something similar about the wait. I think, from observation while I was there, that it’s because this location does a lot of physicals/tests, etc for other companies. And so, those take up time. I know these clinics need to make a buck like anyone else, but I think they should manage that side of the business a bit better. My definition of ‘urgent’ in Urgent Care, means you need to get something taken care of quickly. Kind of like the medical term, “STAT.’’ I sat in that waiting room for an hour feeling miserable, wondering why it took so long for so few. I do think Concentra could do better in this regard. Anyway, the rest of the experience was quite good. Front desk receptionist very kind, and polite . Once I did get in, things went quickly and efficiently. The young lady in the back (nurse, medical assistant) was great; friendly and personable, again, very efficient and professional. Once I was in, it was ‘my time.’ They never rushed me, cut off my conversations, nothing like that . I was later passed over to a Dr John Badell. I wish a lot of doctors were like him. He listened carefully to what I had to say about my reason for being there, and asked me several further questions that showed me he had actually listened to me. Again, it was ‘my time.’ He wasn’t distracted, didn’t act like he was waiting for his phone to ring; no, he paid strict attention to me. I really liked his considered approach, very thorough. I felt well taken care-of, and confident in his later assessment. These days people complain about a lot, but don't comment when they get good service or have good things happen. Overall, this was very good experience, I highly recommend this location, and Dr Badell.

My experience was excellent!! Very professional staff and doctors. Place is clean, well equipped and wait very reasonable.
