I had a very positive experience at Concentra Medical Center. Unlike most of the reviews, my walk-in appoinment went very quickly. I was in and out within an hour. The process was very quick and easy. A nurse with the last name Lopez was very helpful and informative.

The average wait time at anytime regardless of urgency is around 3-4 hours. Patients in pain and with critical manners weren’t attended for about 4 hours. They may be understaffed and that’s an issue that should be fixed. There’s no reason for a person for come in at 2pm and get attended at 6:30pm.. There are a lot of employers who send new employees here for drug screens, PEs and other tests and they should contact other locations. The wait is ridiculous even coming in early. I would recommend if you have an actual emergency to seek help in another facility. If it’s not serious and you have no problem waiting 3-4 hours then be my guest. This is an issue that could be solved with staffing or scheduling. They do not prioritize patients correctly or do not have appropriate ratio of staff for the large volume of patients they receive. As an urgent care there is plenty of room for improvement and I hope they make the necessary changes for future patients’ sake.

What I like most was the fact that they were open late. So I was able to come after work to handle my business. It was also very clean, looked and felt welcoming.The staff there that evening was very polite and helpful. The wait was not long I would say it was appropriate based on the individuals present in the waiting room. The only problem for ME would be that it was not local.

I give this place 1 star. I got there around 3:30 and was not seen until 5. I told the front desk guy many times that I had to urinate but he disregarded what I said on every occasion. He did not care that I was there for an employment test. He let me hold in the pee until it was almost falling off me and I was extremely upset. When I started yelling that's when he told that nurses in the back about my file that was just sitting on his counter the entire time since I arrived. Apparently he understands the language of yelling and getting cursed out. People who came in an hour after me were seen First. It does not make any sense. The only reason I rate it a 1 instead of a negative 10 is because the gentlemen who took my paperwork and called me was very pleasant and very apologetic. Other than that, I will never come here and I won't recommend any one I know to go there.
