Arrived at the clinic with flu symptoms. Found out 2 hours later we had bronchitis. The staff was very patient and friendly. Our nurse knew how to take  the vitals properly. Thank you.
I will return and recommend this location to anyone who needs the service.

Very nice. Staff was very friendly an effecient. They were knowledgeable and helped me with a problem while there. Was out in under 2 hrs

The front desk ladies were very nice, however the nurse I had acted as if she did not wish to be there or take care of my issues. Then the physician that was checking out my symptoms told me I should have gone to a different location. After she was done examining me, I was left alone in the room for about 20 minutes. I went to leave and was told to just continue waiting there. Finally, I was told I could leave (mainly because they were closing).

This is a great improvement in the customer service here at Concentra.  For a DOT Drug screen you can be in and out in 30 minutes.  This is a huge improvement in the way they do business from the past.  Very impressed with the attention to the patient.  So good to see changes.

The front desk staff was awesome and I was seen quickly, however it became immediately apparent that the doctor on duty that day was not familiar with treating pregnant women. I was initially told I had fluid behind my left ear and an upper respiratory infection, but he told me he wasn’t sure what he could prescribe me for it. He wanted to give me antibiotics and a nasal spray. He leaves the room to check if these medications were safe for me and comes back 10 minutes later and informs me I have seasonal allergies. Despite the fact that I had 2 other sick family members in my household with similar symptoms and no history of allergies (including negative allergy tests), he prescribed allergy medications. When I arrived at the pharmacy to see what had been prescribed, I was informed they were both over the counter allergy medications that were cheaper to purchase myself then through insurance?! I ended up having to see another doctor 2 days later and did get prescribed antibiotics and given proper recommendations on cough medicines, etc. I’m finally getting better no thanks to this doctor Concentra employs and being out a $50 copay and 2 additional days of work.
