Concept 21 Fitness is the real deal!  This is the place where I get energized.  I feel I get maximum results every time I have a session, and that my time and money are well spent.  Yanniel is very professional and passionate about what he does, encouraging you to always do more. Not only did I find the best personal trainer, I found a mentor, a health coach, an inspiration! Without a doubt would recommend Concept 21 Fitness to anyone!

Yanniel is extremely knowledgeable and truly has a passion for what he does.  He has great energy and will customize your meal plans and workout routines to fit your body type and objectives.  Whether it's losing fat, gaining muscle, or just toning up, he will make sure you achieve your goals as long as you follow your plan.  I have seen excellent results from his methods and I would recommend Concept 21 Fitness to anyone looking to improve their confidence and their body.

Yanniel is a phenomenal trainer. When I’m at the gym he’s very patient as well as aware of all his clients. He keeps up a concise flow throughout the workout and motivates me to push past my limits. I do the online program with occasional gym sessions and I see he has true interest in my progress. The meal plan he provides is also very easy to follow and has a variety of options. I highly recommend him and Concept 21 Fitness!

Yanniel is a very goal and results oriented trainer! He motivates me to push beyond what I think I can do by creating interesting and challenging workouts. He is dedicated to his clients and is always professional and generous with his time and knowledge. I am grateful for having found him and his well equipped studio!!

Amazing trainer!! He pushes you past the limits you set for yourself and helps you notice what your body is truly capable of. Ever since I started training at Concept 21, I have found a passion for working out. It’s no longer a drag!
