Friday:5:30am-7:30am, 9am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm

Mission

LifeBox Miami is a fitness training program aimed at motivating people to live healthier lifestyles for the rest of their lives. Family members — as we call them — experience exciting adrenaline-filled interval training workouts where they run, jump, lift, push and pull their way a better body and happier soul. This isn’t your average bootcamp. We believe that to stay motivated, you have to keep it fresh and interesting, so on weekends, we feature fun activities outside of the gym. We also have a certified sports nutritionist to help our family members stay on track with their diet regiments. We provide all the accountability and motiviation so that our family members can Bring it on at every workout, and every day of their lives.
