You can tell by whose motions are being approved and by the extent of illegal fishing expedition in dockets the swindiling of the case. Stacked up one-sided to maniupulate jury's if they need to control you. Barbara crooked Pearson advises jury's to be aware of witnesses motives post testimony. Stay away from the clerk in the small claim court unless you have a shady lawyer. Forced the plaintiff to allow evidence the defendant lawyer purposely made only available the morning of the hearing. Sympathy for lawyers tricks rather than common sense for average people.
