Story

Concord Teacakes began in 1984 in a rented Elks Club kitchen with two stellar cake recipes. Today, our bakery has grown into a regional favorite retail and wholesale pastry operation with a full line of delicious cakes, cupcakes, scones, muffins, brownies, bars, cookies, and many more special delights. Our savory kitchen offers wonderful soups, salads, entrées, and sandwiches from our "Good-To-Go" case for you to take home or enjoy at the café.

Delicious fresh muffins. Good coffee. It was the perfect place to take my kids for a reward after an early morning dentist appointment. It is a fun location because you can feel and see the trains as they come and go in West Concord. It also has a charming view of West Concord Village, right down Commonwealth Ave. I would give 5 stars if the service was a little faster and the decor refreshed a bit.

Kind, helpful, and rather speedy...they have great sandwiches, even for bfast. Both made to order and grab and go. Their pastries and cakes arect for office celebrations as well.

Concord Teacakes did all the desserts for my wedding. Everything was absolutely fabulous and Concord Teacakes was very responsive during all of the wedding planning. They took care of all of the set up at the venue and even decorated we donut for my husband and I to cut (we didn't have a cake). All in all, fantastic people to work with and very delicious desserts!

Concord Teacakes is the kind of bakery every small town needs. Its food is to die for, the staff is friendly, and store is comfortable.

GREAT cakes but very poor customer service attitude. Their baked goods are delicious! However, each time I go there they come across as arrogant because they know they're the best in the area. Even when custom ordering cakes, for some reason they're unwilling to reduce the HEAVY frosting. They tell us that that's the way the cakes are made and they're NOT changing it. If you can get over the pompous attitude ... enjoy!
