Chipped my door handle one occasion, accidentally rolled the window down and soaked my back seat the other time, car ends up smelling like a tobacco factory because the workers are constantly chain smoking. Front desk completely unprofessional and rude, I don't want to listen to your horrible conversations while I wait for my car, how is this place still in business????

Best place that I know of to get a car wash. Comes out cleaner than any other place in STL metro. They don't always do a great job on the windows. Look for that.

I had the $17 wash done to my car which says it includes the inside, console, etc to be wiped down. And they only wiped off the dashboard and didn’t even touch my cup holders or console area. My girlfriend was also getting her car washed and she said they got her cup holders. I chalked it up to someone not paying attention to detail and went on my way. My car wasn’t that dirty to begin with. 
I just took my husbands car to be cleaned and have a more thorough inside cleaning. Not a detail (because they told me they didn’t have time and needed to make an appointment to do that) but a basic $17 wash plus $8 for extra attention on the inside to wipe stuff down. 
Again the cup holders weren’t even touched! And the area where the gear shifts was still gross. So this time I called and took the car back. The guy cleaned the cup holders then came back for my approval and I had to mention that the area underneath the E-brake was still dirty! So then he begrudgingly cleaned that also. This was my 2nd poor experience and will be my final visit. The outside didn’t even get wiped down afterward very well. I ran my finger along the outside and got black dirt.

I've been a regular customer for a year now.  Took my vehicle there yesterday, and the people who supposedly cleaned it where nowhere to be found.  I bought the $32 platinum wash--and the cup holders had not been touched, the emergency brake basin, and bugs were prominently still on the front of my vehicle.  The folks walked off when they saw me looking for help.  I believe they knew they did a poor job.  I called there today and the receptionist told me to "come back in."  No, I'm not driving there.  I left a phone message for the manager, John, who was supposed to have called this afternoon.  But, I haven't heard from them.  Concord needs to refund my money ... and, now.
