Written by Debra's husband Richard. Went to Guns & Hoses 2017. They announced free wash with ticket stub. Went there Saturday, turned away because they won't do a vehicle older then 2011 or so they say. Have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. They stated some reason about surge in rpm's when going from park to drive. Tried it, no change. Can't locate contact # just location number........sad

Pros: Very close to where I live, seemed very nice when selling you the wash.  Was going to give 4-5 stars UNTIL: 
Cons: Got my car back dirty, was told it would be an extra $12.99 to clean soda THEY had spilled in my car.  Worst service ever.  Manager would not give his name despite repeated requests, and in fact swore at me.  I'm going to try writing a formal complaint in but given the level of service, doubt it will go anywhere.  I won't be returning.

They do a great job of cleaning your car.  Please make sure that you tip them for their work.

Went there today for the first time.  I drive a black jeep, so it shows dirt easily.  When I got my vehicle after their so called wash, you could tell I was given the half ass treatment.  The bumpers still had dirt on them and so did the rock sliders.  The windshield had water spots down each side.  When I got inside you could see everywhere the kid wiped the dash.  He maybe wiped off 30% and figured it was good enough.  Overall the vehicle looked clean for the most part, however I believe a cheerleader fundraiser car was could have done a better job.  The staff was friendly, but I definitely overpaid for a crappy service.  I doubt I'll go back.

Took my 2008 Pontiac Grand prix to be washed and detailed. The carpet and back seat had stains I could not get out from my 2 year old. The car, carpet and seats look amazing after they detailed it. My car has not looked that good since I purchased it in 08! Definitely will be purchasing a membership.
